Our globes are handmade and created upon request. We may be working on multiple pieces at a time since this process takes days to complete. Among the many procedures are the application of layers of a special coating and the final varnish, both of which take time to dry.  

Once we receive all the information on your design, we will send you a proof for your approval. We allow you to have up to three revisions on any personalized artwork. Revisions will be done as soon as possible, but they may add time to the completion of a globe. We are closed on weekends and holidays.

The following is the general workflow of the ordering process:

Custom made orders may take from 5-7 days to complete. This may vary, but we will let you know in advance. If timing is important to you, please contact us to check on the time frame for the completion of your work.

When we send you the invoice, you'll see a secure link for payment, which will take you directly to the Checkout page on this website.
