Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your non-customized globe to request a return. Customized globes and Digital Downloads are non-returnable.

To be eligible for a return, your globe must be in the same condition that it was when you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. You are responsible for the shipping costs.

Damaged Globe and Other Issues 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customized globes or Digital Downloads.

We accept exchanges on all items damaged during shipping. Each globe that goes out is handmade and carefully inspected. If you're not satisfied with it due to a minor speck on the surface or design, you may return the globe to us. While we accept returns for non-customized globes, no replacements will be made unless the globe was damaged in transit. Please check this page on what to expect regarding the common characteristics of a handmade globe

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, we'll send you a refund within five business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received it, please contact us at
